WHOLESALE ACCOUNT

Q: I created a wholesale account but I cannot see the style photos.
A:
Your account has not yet been verified. If you have not submitted the required documents, please follow the instructions. If you already sent the documents, please allow up to 24 hours to process your request or contact us for more immediate attention.

Q: I have an account and submitted all documents but I still cannot see the styles.
A:
 If more than 24hrs have passed since you sent the required documents, please contact us at registration@talentplusclothing.com or call us at (213) 749-1026 or WhatsApp at (213) 220-8476.

Q: I am already a Talent customer. How do I get access to your collection and styles?
A: 
If you are a current Talent customer, you do not need to submit additional information. Please contact us at registration@talentplusclothing.com or call us at (213) 749-1026 or WhatsApp at (213) 220-8476. Please provide your company name and email address for reference. If you are a FashionGo or OrangeShine customer, simply provide your registered email address and company name.

ORDERING

Q: Do you have a store / showroom?
A:
 Yes. Our showroom is located at 1015 Crocker St #S-12 Los Angeles, CA 90021. Our hours of operation are Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 5pm Pacific Time.

Q: May I pick up my order?
A:
 Yes. You can select Pick Up Option on checkout and select our Los Angeles Showroom for pickup when you are notified via email that is ready.

 

SHIPPING

Q: Do you ship International?
A:
We only ship international via a local cargo or packing company. You must have an existing account.

Q: Can I use my UPS/Fedex account?
A: Yes, you can provide your own UPS or Fedex account to ship your order. Please provide them in the Order Notes during checkout.

 

PAYMENT

Q: Where do I enter payment information during checkout?
A:
 When you finalize your order, you are sending a Purchase Order to us, you have to provide us with payment information upon confirmation of availability and shipping charges, if any, via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Q: Do you accept COD and or Money Order?
A: 
Sorry. We do not accept COD nor money orders.

Q: Do you accept cash?
A: Yes. Cash payments are accepted on-site at our showroom.
